Mecca for tea lovers.
“Whosoever drank his tea got initiated into the taste of real tea. And his Chaikhana or tea-house became Mecca for tea lovers.”

To touch the heaven one's roots must reach into hell.
Tea
The Celestial Drink
Tea, originating from China, boasts a history spanning millennia. According to legend, Emperor Shen Nong serendipitously discovered tea in 2737 BCE when tea leaves drifted into his boiling water. This heralded the beginning of tea's journey from medicinal elixir to global beverage phenomenon. Over time, tea culture spread to Japan, India, and beyond. The Silk Road facilitated its dissemination, leading to diverse brewing methods and traditions. In the 17th century, tea captured Europe's fascination, spurring trade and sparking the creation of iconic rituals like British afternoon tea. From ancient rituals to modern cafes, tea remains a timeless emblem of comfort and conviviality.
